Creative Team Building 👨🏼🎨
An experience designed for companies and teams that want to take a break from routine, slow down, and share a creative moment together.
Through ceramics, participants are guided through an engaging hands-on activity accessible to everyone—yes, even those who have never worked with clay.
The goal is to create a relaxed space where collaboration and experimentation are encouraged, allowing participants to be surprised by the process. There’s no pressure to perform here 💆🏼
How it works
The workshop is designed for groups of approximately 15-20 people and lasts about 2 hours.
It can be structured in various ways, according to the team's needs:
👐🏼 Individual Creation
Each participant creates an object independently, exploring the material and their own creativity.
🤝🏼 Small Group Work
Participants are divided into groups and collaborate on the creation of a shared object, which can be kept and displayed in the company as a memento of the experience.
🔄 Collaborative format "Pass Me the Clay"
Each participant begins to shape an object which, after a few minutes, is passed to the person next to them.
The process repeats several times, resulting in creations that incorporate everyone's contributions: an activity that fosters trust, exchange, and collaboration.
✨ Hybrid Format
A first part dedicated to individual creation, followed by a collaborative moment where the group works together on a shared composition.
A balance between personal expression and team dynamics.
📦 What's Included
– materials (stoneware clay, tools, and underglazes for decoration)
– guidance and support throughout the activity
– drying, glazing, and double firing of the pieces
– final delivery of the finished objects (to the company or a location to be agreed upon) approximately 30 days after the workshop
– a Polaroid-style souvenir photo for each participant
📍 Location
The workshop can take place:
– at your company's premises
– or at a location to be agreed upon together, based on your needs and the type of experience desired
